On Saturday, April 7th the Garden hosted its annual Egg Hunt which was a huge success!

Between 9am-12:30pm we had 1,178 visitors came out to the Smith Children's Garden to celebrate the spring holiday weekend.

If you were not able to attend here's what you missed...

The Smith Children's Garden was packed with adults and kids alike who were able to come out and enjoy the beautiful spring weather and variety of activities which included a live musical performance by The Bumbles and the Honey Bees. Song selections included "Tick Tock" and the popular "Froggy Dance."  During the live musical performances, children of all ages were able to participate in six different egg hunts that yielded 1,000 eggs per hunt, giving us a whopping total of 6,000 candy-filled eggs!

Highlights included:

  • Beautiful Easter attire and Easter baskets
  • Guests taking pictures with the Garden Bunny
  • A mad dash of kids into the Children's Garden
