Naples Botanical Garden is a 170-acre world-class paradise, featuring the flora and cultures of the tropics and subtropics, including Brazil, the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, and Florida. Our mission is to conserve the plants and habitats of the tropics, cultivate beauty, offer knowledge, and inspire the protection of nature. The Garden has beautifully restored native habitats, cultivated gardens, walking trails, and public programming that offer education and enjoyment for people of all ages. Open Positions

Accounting

Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper: This full-time, on-site position completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices and time cards. 


Education

Educator I: This position will create and lead mission-driven programs and content for youth, family, and adult audiences.


Horticulture

Nursery Gardener I: This position is responsible for the maintenance and care of nursery facilities that contain a large diversity of specimen (Orchids, cacti, trees, shrubs, etc.) for research, conservation, community projects, and garden usage. 


Operations

Custodial Facilities Technician I: This position is an integral part of the Operations Team and is responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining custodial supply inventory for the garden facilities on an hourly basis.


Visitor Services

Visitor Services Assistant Manager: This position assists the Visitor Services Manager in leading the Visitor Services team, works closely with staff members across the organization, and sets an example of exemplary customer service for all who interact with the Garden.
