Chef Richard will demonstrate how to compose three different salads and dazzle your taste buds with samples! Chef Richard Demarse was born and raised in Connecticut. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with training in Charleston, New York City, and Boston. In 2013, Chef Rich opened The Local, a popular restaurant in Naples that focuses on organic farm-to-table cuisine.
