Inspired by Ailey’s “blood memories” of his childhood and the Black church\, this timeless work honors African American heritage and the resilience of the human spirit. \n\n\n\nOpen to all ages and backgrounds\, this workshop celebrates Ailey’s belief that dance belongs to the people. Move\, connect\, and discover why Revelations continues to uplift hearts around the globe. \n\n\n\nSince its 1960 premiere\, Revelations has become the most widely performed modern dance work in the world.
