They do this by inspiring older adults to learn\, make and share the arts in an environment that sparks creativity\, fosters friendships and builds community.  \n\n\n\nStudents in this program explore how to express themselves by creating a nature journal using watercolor pencils. Nature journaling weaves together multiple disciplines like language arts\, science\, and history into the creative process. The classes encourage participants to practice observation in order to form deeper connections with the nature around them.  \n\n\n\nClasses are free and materials are included.
