Naples Botanical Garden is a 170-acre world-class paradise, featuring the flora and cultures of the tropics and sub-tropics including Brazil, the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, and Florida. Our mission is to conserve the plants and habitats of the tropics, cultivate beauty, offer knowledge, and inspire the protection of nature. The Garden has beautifully restored native habitats, cultivated gardens, walking trails, and public programming that offer education and enjoyment for people of all ages.  Development

Philanthropy Stewardship Coordinator: This position will work to support the Director of Development as part of the team in identifying, developing, stewarding, and cultivating individual donors.

Philanthropy Executive Administrative Assistant: Responsible for supporting the President & CEO and Director of Development. The position will directly manage processes related to donor stewardship, written communications, and calendar scheduling/coordination.


 Education

Educator I: This position will create and lead mission-driven programs and content for youth, family, and adult audiences.


Horticulture

Gardener: Serves as gardener for Naples Botanical Garden. This position is responsible for the maintenance and care of ornamental beds, trees, and shrubs, as well as all areas under the responsibility of the Horticulture Department. Experience is great, but we will provide specific training as well.


Conservation and Natural Resources

Conservation Associate: This position will be responsible for supporting efforts to safeguard and propagate rare and endangered plant species and will collaborate on all aspects of the Garden’s seed conservation efforts.

Natural Resources Associate: This position will act as a member of the Garden’s Natural Resources team, supporting the Garden’s mission to conserve plants and habitats of the tropics and inspire the protection of nature. The Natural Resources Associate will support the management of all on-site natural and created ecosystem areas through direct field work.
