ORIGINS: Patricia Cavazos

April 29, 2023 @ 8:00 am 5:00 pm

Inspired by Mexican folk art and her many visits to Frida Kahlo’s Casa Azul, Patricia Cavazos uses vivid colors and forms to tell stories of the culture and history of her homeland, Mexico. ORIGINS: Patricia Cavazos is on view in Fogg Café.

With a focus on the depiction of Aztec deities, this spotlight exhibition in Fogg Café highlights Aztec culture and mythology through intricate and abstract textile artwork.
