Kathleen Hawryluk, an award-winning floral designer and member of Naples Garden Club and Gulf Coast Garden Club, served for three years as Chair of the Naples Flower Show which is held in March each year. Two of these shows won awards at the state and national level. She is an accredited National Garden Club Flower Show Judge, former President of Naples Ikebana International #160, immediate past Director of Florida Federated Garden Club’s District IX, Secretary of Creative Floral Artists of America, certified Judges Flower Show School Design Instructor, and a certified Sogetsu Instructor (Ikebana). She will serve as the 2nd Vice President of the Florida Federated Judges Council for 2017-2019. Kathleen has been honored to be chosen to chair the Florida State Flower Show in 2018, which will be held in April in St. Augustine. Kathleen teaches and gives floral demonstrations all over the country and in Nassau, Bahamas. Kathleen is known as the designer ‘in the tent’ at the annual Naples Flower Show in March, where she does simple and quick designs for non-professionals and gives the designs away to lucky attendees.
