Sound Meditation in the Garden

This five-part seasonal residency invites participants into a progressive exploration of the natural world through immersive bioacoustic sound meditation with Erica Nagel, Certified Sound Therapy Practitioner and Founder of 11 11 Sound Healings.

Inspired by the diverse landscapes and botanical collections of Naples Botanical Garden, each experience is uniquely designed to reflect the symbolic essence of its setting while contributing to a larger seasonal narrative. Rather than repeating the same meditation in different locations, each gathering introduces a distinct contemplative theme that builds upon the last creating an evolving journey of connection, transformation, and belonging. Together, the series becomes a meditation on our relationship with nature, one another, and the living resonance that unites us all.

The series follows a deliberate progression:

How to prepare:

  • Arrive with intention
  • Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in
  • Silence all mobile devices
  • Bring a yoga, resting mat, or cushion
  • Wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle relaxation
  • Light blanket suggested as tonal immersion may create subtle temperature variation (68 Hz-4,225 Hz)
  • Bring water; refreshments also available at Fogg Café
  • Advance registration required.
  • Garden admission included with registration.
