Naples Botanical Garden is a 170-acre world-class paradise, featuring the flora and cultures of the tropics and sub-tropics including Brazil, the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, and Florida. Our mission is to conserve the plants and habitats of the tropics, cultivate beauty, offer knowledge, and inspire the protection of nature. The Garden has beautifully restored native habitats, cultivated gardens, walking trails, and public programming that offer education and enjoyment for people of all ages. Development & Marketing

Event & Festival Coordinator: This position will focus on supporting the production of public festivals, including Night Lights in the Garden, Music in the Garden, Naples Flower Show & Garden Market, Naples Orchid Society Show & Sale, Annual Ikebana Exhibition, Blooms & Brews, Plein Art Fest and more.

Membership Coordinator: The Membership Coordinator helps to ensure a premier membership experience by coordinating operational components of the Membership program including membership card distribution, Member Support Ticket requests, Member event registration, and responding to member inquiries.


Visitor Services

Visitor Services Lead Associate: This position serves as the frontline to customer relations at Naples Botanical Garden. In addition to the public, this position works closely with Garden staff, volunteers and fellow associates.
