Naples Botanical Garden is pleased to offer with regular Garden admission a family yoga class with Sun•Leaf apparel and Mini Buddhas Kids Yoga.
This class is presented as part of the inaugural Paradise Coast Wellness Experience. Mini Buddhas Kids Yoga will offer family yoga for children four years old and up where they can practice with their parents/caregivers. During this one hour class, Mini Buddhas Kids Yoga will focus on connecting participants’ bodies with the earth and our surroundings along with wellness lessons including awareness about plastic usage. Participants will also enjoy a planting activity with cuttings from the Garden that they can take home.
Space is limited, no advance registration. Please wear appropriate clothing and bring your own yoga mat.
