Scientific research shows that mindful breathing is one of the most effective ways to lower everyday stress levels. There is a direct relationship between breath, energy and well-being. Join Karen McNeil and explore the positive healing energy of breath. When you learn how to breathe, you open up the pathway to limitless possibilities!
