Your digital membership card will now be available for download when you purchase a membership with Naples Botanical Garden. Your digital membership card will be available to download within 48 hours after your purchase. Once you receive your digital membership card, you will be able to add this to your Wallet App on iOS and Android Devices.
How do I add the membership card to my Android phone?
Android users need to download Wallet Passes from Google Play. After you have the app, access the email from your smartphone and click “Download” in the membership email, and the card will automatically go to your Wallet Passes app, where it can be accessed at any time.
My name is spelled wrong/membership level is incorrect.
My family member is on this membership account also, how can she/he receive the card?
Each named member can receive a unique link to download their digital membership card. If you would like to add an additional email to your record, please send that email to membership@naplesgarden.org. Please allow up to a week for processing and sending the digital membership card email.
I downloaded my card, but I can’t find it.
If you have an iPhone, the card will automatically download to Apple Wallet. Check the app for your new card (scroll through any cards that are already there–it may be hiding!). If you have an Android, you’ll need to download Wallet Passes from the Play Store prior to downloading the card. The card may also appear in your wallet after restarting the phone.
I have a question about my membership benefits.
I don’t have a mobile phone, what can I do?
All existing physical Membership cards are still valid through your expiration date, and valid after renewal as well. The card you currently have still works! If you no longer have your physical card, you can request one by emailing membership@naplesgarden.org.
