Your digital membership card will be available to download within 2 – 3 business days after you purchase a membership with Naples Botanical Garden. Once you receive your digital membership card, it can be added to your Wallet App on iOS and Android Devices. 


How do I add the membership card to my iPhone?

iPhones have a native app called Apple Wallet. Open this email on your iPhone and click the “Download Membership Card” button, then “Add to Apple Wallet,” then “Add.” Your digital membership card will automatically download to the Apple Wallet app where it can be accessed at any time.

Androids have a native app called Google Wallet that is preinstalled on most devices. Google Wallet can also be installed from the Google Play Store. Open this email on your smartphone and click the “Download Membership Card” button, then “Add to Google Wallet.” A preview will appear; click on “Save to Google Wallet.” Your digital membership card will automatically download to the Google Wallet app where it can be accessed at any time.

My name is spelled wrong/membership information is incorrect?

Please email membership@naplesgarden.org OR mention it at check-in next time you come to the Garden. Our Visitor Services staff can open a ticket to get corrections made.

I have a secondary Member on my membership account. How can they receive a digital membership card?

Each named member can receive a unique link to download their digital membership card. If you would like to add an additional email to your record, please contact us at membership@naplesgarden.org detailing your request. Allow up to a week for processing and sending the digital membership card email. 

I downloaded my card, but I can’t find it.

If you previously installed your digital membership card: 

  • On an iPhone, the card will automatically download to the Apple Wallet app. Check the app for your card (scroll through any cards that are already there–it may be hiding!).  
  • On an Android, you’ll need to ensure the Google Wallet app is preinstalled from the Google Play Store prior to downloading your card.  

The card may also appear in your wallet after restarting the phone. If you need access to your digital membership card link again, please email membership@naplesgarden.org.  

I don’t have a smartphone. What can I do?

You can print a paper copy of the digital membership card at home, or we can issue a physical membership card.  

All existing physical membership cards are valid through your expiration date, and valid after renewal. The card you currently have still works! If you need a new physical membership card, one can be requested by emailing membership@naplesgarden.org. This will opt you out of the digital program.
