Nature Play

Designed to encourage imagination, exploration, and open-ended play. Climb, run, jump, build, and create—all in one Garden visit!

Explore our designed Nature Play locations:

Wonder Circle, on the Performance Lawn
Jungle Hollow, in the northern edge of the Kapnick Brazilian Garden
Palm Hop, in the Kapnick Caribbean Garden

W.O.N.D.E.R.

Join us Fridays  Mondays from 10am – 12pm for activities that encourage families to Walk, Observe, Navigate, Draw, Explore and Read.

This program will take place in an air-conditioned space at the FGCU Kapnick Center, June – September.

Sensory-Friendly Saturdays

Join us select Saturdays from 4 – 6pm for a peaceful, fun, and free Garden visit with disturbances minimized.

An air-conditioned take-a-break space will be provided, as well as hands-on activities for the whole family!

W.O.N.D.E.R. Activity Packs

Before you venture onto the pathway, pick up a W.O.N.D.E.R. Activity Pack at the Chabraja Visitor Center with materials specially created by our Garden educators
